REFUND POLICY
(i) The products/services will only be cancelled after confirmed communication from you and cancellation will only be applicable before we dispatch courseware/reference material to you. Once dispatched the cancellation will be invalid.
(ii) Cancellation/Refund will be only applicable before dispatching the order. Once the order is dispatched it can not be cancelled/refund.
(iii) The products that are available online for download post payment are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
(iv) The cost incurred for shipping in case of cancellation/refund/returned once the order is dispatched is applicable to the customer.
(v) Refund amount will be sent to your payment method by which you made the payment.
(vi) The refund process takes 5-7 working days and the amount will be credited within that period.
Return POLICY
(i) Return available only for physical product.
(ii) Only manufacture defect item and if wrong product delivered to you are returnable.
(iii) Return possible within five days after product delivered to you.
